HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
HOLIDAY UPDATE: Orders must be placed by December 15th to be received by December 25th.
Due to COVID-19, Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order due to additional precautions our fulfillment center is taking.
Additionally, due to the impact of COVID-19, order tracking information can take up to 1 week to update to due carrier delays.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 am PST will generally be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times are in business days and can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order. International customers will be responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the shipment of their order.
Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. We currently offer 3 shipping methods for Domestic orders (Contiguous / Lower 48 States): Ground, 2-Day Shipping, and Next Business Day Shipping. We do not currently ship to any PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. We currently only have 2-Day Shipping available for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

Once your order is placed, we work our hardest to ship your order out as soon as possible. Processing time can take up to 3-4 business days, not including weekends or U.S holidays. *Note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.
Once your order ships, you can expect your items to arrive between 10-14 business days. However, these dates are estimates and may vary by country and postal code.
Shipping Costs, Duties and Taxes
Shipping costs will vary by country. Unfortunately, we do not offer flat rate shipping for international orders at this time. There may be additional duties, taxes, and/or VAT costs applied by customs. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping costs and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Hardtail. Any refused orders will not be refunded by Hardtail.

DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCHING POLICY?
We do not offer a price matching policy on orders placed through the Hard Tail Forever website.
HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?
Preorders allow you to purchase an item that has not yet been released for shipping. The preorder purchase will guarantee you the quantity of the item you purchased when it becomes available. Preorder items are clearly marked as preorders with the “add to cart” button changing to a “preorder” button. There will also be an expected shipment date listed on the product page.
The preorder process works as follows:
- You add the product(s) to your cart as you would any regular, in stock product
- You complete the checkout process and receive your order confirmation Your payment method is billed for the full order total at the time of purchase (completing the order)
- Your order will be on preorder hold until the item(s) you purchased are available
- When the item(s) becomes available to ship, your order will be fulfilled. You will then receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order.
- If you ordered both a preordered product and an in stock product, you will be billed for all products at the time of purchase. The in stock product(s) will be processed and shipped without delay and you will received a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. The preordered product(s) will remain on preorder until available. At that time, the product(s) will be released for fulfillment and shipment and you will receive a second shipment confirmation email containing your tracking informaiton.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS REFUSED/CANNOT BE DELIVERED?
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Hard Tail Forever and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping, and handling. Customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
HOLIDAY UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, please allow up to 14 business days to process your return due to additional precautions our fulfillment center is taking.
Hard Tail Forever will accept returns** for items purchased on the Hard Tail Forever online store that are requested within 15 days from the delivery date for a refund. HOLIDAY UPDATE: Orders placed after November 20th will be allowed to be returned by January 15th. The return request must be postmarked by January 15th. Returns for any order placed before November 20th must be requested within 15 days of order delivery. We do not process exchanges or refund to store credit at this time. Returns requested after 15 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Once a return arrives at our warehouse, it will take us 10 to 14 business days to receive, inspect, and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed
**No returns are allowed on Final Sale items.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
- No scents or odors
- No rips or tears
- No other signs of being worn
- All tags must be attached
- All original packaging must be included
- No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Click 'Request A Return' below to look up your order and receive a printable return label. All continental U.S. orders will have the option to use the return label provided for a $10 return label fee which will be deducted from your total refund. Alternatively, you may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method at your expense. Please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre- addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. Hard Tail Forever is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
